Inara Dining, a Mediterranean restaurant, has warmly welcomed passionate food enthusiasts to its establishment. Renowned Chef Owner Daniel Johnson, with an illustrious background as the Culinary Director at Alila Jabal Akhdar and in executive chef roles at luxurious Maldivian resorts such as Jumeirah Dhevanafushi, Huvafen Fushi Resort, COMO Cocoa Island, and Bedara Island in Queensland, is at the helm of this culinary venture.

At Inara Dining, Daniel and his wife, Joanna, are committed to bringing the authentic flavours of Mediterranean cuisine to the residents of Western Australia.

The client approached Caterlink based on industry recommendations. The couple’s hands-on involvement ensured a seamless collaboration. Given the restaurant’s location in a shopping centre, Caterlink navigated through planning regulations and requirements. The design stage spanned eighteen months, with the fit-out completed efficiently in just two months.
