A few unusual project features:
- An environmentally friendly Ecocanopy hoods fitted with a fire suppression system on the Level 3 Function Kitchen.
- The unique Stainless steel Rimex gold/brass finish front fascia of the Pool Bar.
- The ground floor bar has a unique custom made stainless steel cocktail station built into a joinery bench and finished with radius stone top ledges. Also, stainless steel back bar radius bench with Skope refrigeration and with stone wall backing.
- Hatco induction unit, Hatco soup warmer units dropped into stone radius bench and Ecocanopy hood above in the Executive Lounge.
- Ground Floor Restaurant Kitchen has a cookline with Blue Seal cooking equipment with bespoke stainless steel benches and Ecocanopy hood with fire suppression system.

- FOH bars and executive lounge – Turbofan oven, Skope refrigeration, Roband conveyor toaster.
- BOH has production and function kitchens – Convotherm combis, Blue Seal Black Series cooktops and fryer, Washtech dishwashers, Roband countertop equipment.
