Yip Au – Noodles Bar
Yip is Perth’s only Zhu Sheng (bamboo) noodle which makes the noodles, handcrafted by Chef Erich Wong. Devoted to preserving the time-honoured tradition of bamboo pole noodle making, Chef Wong is a seasoned artisan with years of dedicated practice. In an era where such artisanal methods are dwindling, Chef Wong stands among the last practitioners of this ancient craft
Caterlink assisted the client in designing the layout for the kitchen, bar, storage, and washing areas. The entire project was efficiently completed within a brief 3-month period.
